Another Barclays/Kaspersky fan here - we've have it on 6 or 7 PCs for 2 years and never had a whiff of trouble.

From memory Kaspersky say to convert to the paid version within 2 weeks of the expiry of the previous version and the licence automatically adds the extra days.....

ive now got my activation code from barclays... do i need to download again to enter the code?? as i am presently using the 30 day trial that will expire in few a weeks time. pls help!

i managed to activate it! it says for 3 commercial computers... does it mean if i give it to my friends, they will be able to do it as well??

Yes, 1 licence 3 seperate PC's.

You don't download it again, just enter the licence key in to the licence field and it converts the 30 day trial into a full 1 year subscription.
Then make sure you manually update the virus definitions, as the one I installed for a friend last week via the Barclays link was November 2009!
It will run a year from the end of the 30 day trial period.
