fingers crossed with natwest claim

i have been waiting since nov 09 for natwest to sort out my complaint for a missold loan. rang up last week a went mad cause it still hadnt gone to anyone to sort out. so rang up this morning and the man on the phone told me there was a note on the file telling me a case worker will be working on the complaint today and i asked him what type of time scale are we looking at for it to be resolved. he told me you should get an offer by the end of the week as they send out the letter second post.
hopefully it will go in my favour(he did say "an offer") and i can clear one of my credit cards completely!! fingers crossed!

thanks Di. was getting sick of waiting and with been on mat pay could of done with the money, but hopefully better late than never. if anyone else is waiting for natwest to sort out a complaint ring, ring and ring till things start moving!

Hi - I'm in the same boat. Called them yesterday and they said the offer letter should be sent yesterday/today so should receive by the end of the week - at least they're consistant. My claim also began at the end of Nov. If it's any consolation, this is my second claim with Natwest and they provided a quick efficient service on the first one so fingers crossed!

What address did you send your complaints to? I've got three different addresses for NatWest, one in Edinburgh, one in London and one in Hertfordshire!

maleka2009, i think we poke to the same bloke because i rang up this morning and the told me it hasnt been sorted because they are very busy!! really peed off now need that money to pay credit company who are casing me from credit card debit.
