no news yet. My first claim which was paid out in Dec was £4200 plus interest, they paid out £4200 without too much hassle and i wasn't going to quibble about the interest! This claim is for an older loan and i think it's around £500.
I spoke to a nice chap about this on Monday who was really helpful but wasn't dealing with my case, he gave me the direct line to 'Sybil'. She turned out to be stressed, abrupt, and not too friendly, but I am expecting an offer this week! keep us all informed with your case and I'll post when I hear more0 -

if this lady helps me i will give you her phone number and you can se if she can help as she was helpfully today. how long did it take for them to pay the money out to you? just because some companies seem to be taking ages..0

Hi I am going through the same route as yourself. Same address, same department. They give themselves 28 days to pay you if you accept their offer. Thats 28 days from the date they receive the letter. (I put a first class stamp instead of their 2nd class and it still took 5 days according to them
) I was on my 28th day yesterday. I phoned them up and it turns out that they will now not pay me until late next week. I am a tiny bit annoyed (read tiny as massively) as I know failure for me to pay in a set amount of time results in my good self paying a hefty sum to the bank. It seems that they can bend the rules and not incur any penalty. A clear case of one rule for them etc etc. So even if you accept their offe,r you could be looking at up to six weeks before you see that money in your account.:(
