o2 increase roaming changes

I renewed my CPW / o2 contract recently... a £30pm was promised that this included the ITS roaming rates as previously applied..

notice on o2 wn site its now saying £35pm tariff or ITS

also incoming calls to my next holiday - Tunisia increased for 30p pm to 60-99p pm

1 it was 30p last month,
2 Those maths don't add up

You can check with customer services. If you're on an older tariff that had ITS included, and you elected to continue with it, this should still be effective. The new rates and terms for ITS shown are for new customers on the new tariffs.
