My phone contract with O2 is due to end, and I want to stay with O2 but upgrade my phone, does this mean they'll need to do a credit check?

Hi there,

I would say in most cases where people are upgrading at the end of a contract there wouldn't be a credit check, but in some cases(late payments etc) there may be. So as long as you've paid up on time every month and there hasn't been any problems with your account, you should be ok.
