  • Hello chaps

what a lovely bunch you all are! Lots of good things on here today

My news is that I've been offered the lease on a new house which I'm really chuffed about - but it does mean some tightening of belts big style when we've to juggle both houses

One land lord won't wait - so if we dont take it now - we'll miss out - and I don't want lose the house - this house has lodgers and committments to them til my lease here expires in the summer.

Prob is here often things don't come up - so when they do you have to grab them :)

    I'm chuffed but scared!!

Having fried tattie leftovers and mushrooms for tea :) kids had ratatoiue

Thank you Cleosmum! I do like triangles of the musical and cheese varieties...but picked it as a user name as I saw a triangle on a book just as I was re-joining! I was going to say I remember you from posting on here before (but Fay beat me to it :D) when I was MrsAudus2b - nice to 'see' you again :) I also remember Princess Loki...weren't you the elf?! :)

Hey Im feeling all gushy and loved up with you lot tonight lol. I remember elf, didnt realise it was you Loki! And I remember mrs a2b too, wondered where you were! Anyone else going to 'out' themselves?!

Fay, brill news on the house hun! I missed out on a gorgeous rural bungalow last year, was gutted! Is it the one you posted pics of in your diary? Looks like a beautiful view :)

Hey ELf lady (I have to admit I did forget you ventured into elf-dom)

This garden was always just a 'look after' so anything I've put in I've eaten or we've just ticked the rest of it over - new house has NO garden which is kinda nice cos I know I can create soemthing special to leave behind - but I dont like leaving gardens - its horrid.

I am getting a bit fed up of rennovating other folks gardens so hoping that after our Orkney stint we (OH and I) can buy somewhere which more suits him and will be on the mainland (rural I hope) as my kids will both be off and south then - and I will stalk them :D They want central scottish uni's so I'm happy with a rural location close enough to spy - um sorrry I mean for them to come back to for weekends if they can...........

The house is the one on my diary CM - :) views are amazing! But that does mean it will be a bit breezy........
