Car hire for Kefalonia. Any ideas?

Hi all. Apologies for posting another thread so quickly, but everyone on here is so helpful and I appreciate the advice.

My girlfriend and I are off to Greece in July and we are looking to hire a car in Kefalonia. We have looked on a few websites but it seems that to hire a car for 9 days is very expensive. We have been getting quotes for aroundv £250, and that was without paying for fuel.

Can anyone reccommend a good website to hire cars in Kefalonia?We're just looking for a small compact car to get us around.

i would wait until you get there, we went last year and decided while we were there to hire a car and look around this beautiful island. we shopped around in the resort and managed to get 3 days for the price of two, i cant remember exactly how much it cost but it wasn't that dear ( if it was then we wouldn't have hired it!!)
