Quillion, well done you! I’ve got that very same amount to lose, so am inspired by you! Actually I’m a size 26 on my bottom, but 22 on top. I’m determined to do it though! Thanks for the inspiration!

MEDICATION: Using a phone alarm is the best way to remember, and using one of those boxes with the day of the week on it (can’t remember what it’s called, you put Monday’s tablets in the bit marked Monday, Tuesday’s in Tuesday…) means you know if you’ve had your days tablets. Get into a routine – it’s vital. I take mine after breakfast each day, without fail. Don’t forget or you will be in trouble!.

I am glad you were inspired Rose. Having my op was the best thing i did and i have felt so much better have loads of energy. I am off all of my medication now and apart from the normal coughs sneezes and bugs we all pick up have not been too bad.

Did you ever pick up a flower loom?

Some chemists can supply medication to people in weekly trays called NOMADS. They have the days of the week and am, lunch, tea and night on.
The pills go in the box at the alotted time and you just press the plastic cover. You will have to check with the chemist. Failing that they do weekly pill boxes that you can buy. If you have any trouble getting them let me know as we have some for sale in our shop and i don't mind posting them out to anyone who will find them helpful.

You could have had our Mondeo!!!! We only got rid of ours because it was getting a bit old and there was a few things going wrong with it. But we had it for 7 years and it was a good car for us.

Awww thanks ;) Decided to change for the same reasons as you, have been very happy with this car (vauxhall) and the one prior to it was a mondeo too.

There was some talk about installing a radiator in the downstairs cupboard to act as a kind of airing cupboard, but I think I'd prefer to use it for the ironing board, hoover and so on as they are currently cluttering the place up

Mum and Dad are having their boiler replaced next week and this is exactly what they have decided to do, put a radiator in the airing cupboard.

Went to see Valentine's Day with my work mate, it was very good. Also had a bite to eat in Nandos. It's very foggy here now, hope it is gone by the morning.

Thanks triker for correcting me, I would be dangerous if I had a brain :rotfl::rotfl:I'm glad someone knows what I mean :p

Qullion congrats on the new jeans :T(not sure if I already said this and am too lazy and it's too late to go back and check!)

Toots glad you are feeling better today, and anytime ;)

Right I had better get organised and skiddadle to bed.

You're due 2 stars as you don't have to do the extras to get a star - so you need to post to say you want a star for Monday and a star for Wednesday!
