    Morning all
Hope everyone is well? Sending hugs for anyone who needs one - haven't caught up on the thread yet :o

    Here's how I did yesterday - if it's gone, it's done!

Tuesday ~ Kitchen & Dining area

    Level One
    Level Two
    Scrub out the sink
Clean filters and door seals.. don't forget the fridge ones they are usually revolting!
    Level Three
    Clean out a mangy cupboard!

Got a fairly easy-ish day today, so will hopefully get today's list done, along with some baking and some sorting of DDs room/computer desk. Managed to sort through a box full of paper yesterday and now have half a bag of drawings to shred. It's really sad that we can't keep everything, but I do put a lot of them into a scrapbook for her to look at when she's older.

Have also got a huge backlog of ironing to do...hooray!

Plumber came yesterday, it's looking like around £3k for the new boiler, new flue and thermostatic valves for the radiator. We've got two other firms coming round to quote over the next few days, so we'll see how we go.

Interestingly, he wants to install the boiler in my upstairs airing cupboard (it's currently in a walk-in cupboard downstairs), but this means I will probably lose a lot of airing cupboard space...not really a problem as we don't really use it as an airing cupboard, but...where am I going to put all the spare blankets and towels *shrugs*.

Right, better get off...see you guys later.
    Have a good day

Ours was put upstairs in the airing cupboard as well but they aren't too big so DH built shelves at the side where the towels and stuff go and there's space underneath as well.

So far this morning I've brushed and mopped the kitchen floor, had a bath, stripped the bed, unloaded and reloaded the WM and TD - that's about it I think.

  • Morning all.

Feel a bit bleary eyed this morning. Neighbour woke me about 5am banging snow from his shoes on his step. So I just dozed til about 7. I need to go and clear the snow from the car again this morning and persuade the temperamental cowbag that she would like to start :o.

I hope the gritter has been somewhere near my son's school as it is halfway down a massive hill.

Right, where did I leave that list?

    Morning all

Well after my mammoth session yesterday not a lot will get done today. Straight after the school run I am going to test drive our prospective new car, that will take about an hour and a half for the round trip. From there we are ringing the bells for the soldier who was killed in Afghanistan who is being buried today. That is at lunch time. We might walk down to church as there will be cars all over the place so by the time we get back and have had lunch it could quite easily be 2pm.

That will leave me about 40 mins to do something before the school run to pick W up and then back again an hour later to get Miss A, she has a fun fit class after school.

Not that any of this is an excuse for not doing any or only doing minimal flying you understand :rotfl::D :p

Hugs all round and special ones for LL and Toots (hope you are feeling better today)
