Well I have done what I said I wouldnt - spent hours and hours cleaning DD's room as she has gone back to Uni today. Stripped her bed, hoovered on hand and knees , pulled tv stand out and tidied all cables and tied them up, polished all mirrors, cleaned the windows and washed the door and radiator. As Henry was upstairs decided to do my bedroom so spent half an hour in there and cleaned the upstairs bathroom :T So no star for today but will be able to claim them later in the week hopefully :D

Not caught up on thread but notice that Sandy needs :grouphug: - chin up.

LadyL - Hope you are ok today, thinking of you. Recall you saying that Porkchop was 'just' a cat. He was part of your family and yes life is fragile but our memories last forever :kisses3:
Thanks to Soappie, Toots and Pigpen, as ever, for the thread
Diva - my chilli plants always flower but then the flowers tend to fall off before they turn into chillis ....... any ideas what this might be? Only got about 12 actual chillies off the plants last year :(
Jinky - Woooooooooohooooooooooooo 8 hours :rotfl:
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints - the sinners are much more fun ;)

Goodness, I'd forgotten how quickly this thread moves! I'm pleased to have got Monday done and the lounge looks much nicer now.

Just taken poor DS for his swine flu jab, he was so good and then his face scrunched up and he cried :(. I had some Buttons in my pocket but he didn't want them for a while and then said 'I'll have my toc tic (chocolate) now Mummy' - he let me have one too without me asking so I'm not too much in his bad books!

Doing good old bangers and mash for tea; comfort food for the cold damp weather.

Sandy, so sorry to hear you're feeling down - sending cyber hugs to you xx
