Easyjet refunds

does anyone know how long theyre taking at the moment - it seems they are using weather as an excuse again for delays :mad:

I had a flight cancelled 23/12/09 that i booked for my son. They sent an email 19/01/10 saying full refund to be given within 5-10days. Then 26/01/10 easyjet sent an email saying my account had been credited. Still nothing in account, but according to their records my account is credited and problem solved. I have emailed, no response. I have sent an email as advised in this forum to Andy Harrison on 3/02/10. Nothing back. I had a live web chat beginning of Feb, they told me my account had been credited, when i told them it hadn't they said it would be in my account definitely 16th Feb...guess what it isn't. So today I had another live web chat, got told again account credited and then when I persisted they said 15 -20 days money would be in my account. I said when are we counting from and they told me to send an email. I refused as they don't reply and asked for a reference number from them. They then came back saying they had updated my email from previously and someone would contact me and then hung up before I could reply. It may only be £139 but to me that's a lot and no end is in sight. I am a frequent flyer and have just had to fly one way with Easyjet but came back with Ryanair...oh how I wish i had just used Ryan air.
