I used Autoreisen recently as they seemed to get good reviews everywhere and were as cheap as anyone else, and they certainly met my expectations.

Their office has a counter opening into the baggage claim area, so you can get the car sorted whilst waiting for bags. A decent, clean and tidy car, provided quickly. 'All inclusive' CDW provided as standard (with the usual couple of minor exceptions of tyres and windscreen). Bring it back with the same amount of fuel. No hassle check back in at the end. Offices across the island if you have a problem.

A few years since I've been, but the oddly-named DoYouSpain were a good deal.

I had major problems with Autoreisen on Gran Canaria as part of the same holiday - booked 3 weeks before travelling and (found out later) they emailed me the day before arriving on GC that they didn't have a car available (manged to get one from Record, but cost more than advance booking).
