No. The first receiving but diverted one will be charged the diversion at its normal tariff, and no charge on the second at all.
Callers are always charged their rate to the destination number, no matter where that phone actually is, and the receiver is charged only if it is roaming.0 -
No, you will only get charged for a call to a UK number, unless you are diverting to an international number in which case you will get charged for an international call.
When you divert from one number to another number, you get charged as though you are calling that number.

I fuunily enough asked this at the orange shop this morning, but got a really not very convincing answere.
If I were to divert my calls to a UK number when my phone is off, would that come out of my inclusive minutes. The guy at the shop said "errrr probably"0
