Blocking me in at the bottom and the neighbours on their other side at the rear of p1key mixer. Note that the road wasn't exactly packed with nowhere else to park.
He also parked it overnight on the (private leasehold) estate many times, to many people's annoyance.
Abusive scum (the sort with a sense of entitlement to walk over others).
