Ah! But can they? Gatsos can be triggered by a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction! If you were unlucky enough to be in the "frame" when this happened how would they calculate your speed?

They can put an overlay of the lines on. Sure it has been done before.

Any doctored pictures would be inadmissible.
If the secondary checks are not there with unmanned gatso/speed traps you are not getting prosecuted.
