BHS - possible glitch

Hi Fernie1 can you tele how to do that? sorry to be so thick! The email lists the items and the cost but I can't see an option to do anything else?

The link at the bottom opens nothing(for the detailed invoice)

Before I realised how the glitch worked I placed an order for a pair of slippers (One pr only!) which I was going to buy anyway, and this is on its way - got email. Obviously this doesnt count as its only an order for one item so all I got was free delivery. I then made some more orders later when I read all your posts but have heard nothing from the orders with multiple discounts.

Has anyone had full amount taken? I wonder if they have figured how many returns they will get if they charge full?

No confirmation email for me yet!! Placed 2 orders, 1 about 11.30 am and the other 2.30 pm, paid via paypal for both - fingers crossed for a despatch email!!!
I hope I have better luck than with Debenhams, never seem to get anything I order from them, got 7 orders cancelled over the last 2 months!!!!!

i got 4 speckled hen and glass sets for fathers day and birthdays dated jul 10, and a set of pink booties. !

Right.... from what I can work out BHS have refunded me (boots were out of stock) £16.59 leaving the balance paid at £4.50 which is the cost of the two items that I have been told have been dispatched which means that I would have paid full price for them....
