i never got an order confirmation email
i only ordered 2 things from the glitch and some wedding shoes! i paid by paypal, did everyone get order confirmations or not? would love to win an ipad!

LOL now I know where all the side plates and hand towels went, I havent heard anything yet and the money has gone from my account.
I wish I had shopped more sensibly though, spent £10 on £50 order but could only get 2 side plates but needed 40 -

Ok I ordered at 13:25 on Sunday. Haven't heard anything since Sunday which I received an email saying my order was placed.
It also says when my order is dispatched I will recieve a confirmation email.
I paid by paypal and haven't been refunded.
I'm hoping I hear from them soon.
However with the huge volume of sales on Sunday I understand why there might be a delay!My daughters are my world0
