  • :T Martin a HUGE thank-you for your guidance and a fantastic website. After 2 letters (from your site) and a few months of waiting I have received a letter from The Royal Bank of Scotland (Lombard Direct), stating that they are not accepting liability for the PPI and it was sold correctly. But, as a "gesture of goodwill" they have offered me over £8,000, yes over £8,000 :j for the Insurance plus interest paid. As you can imagine I am over the moon especially as I am due to get married in July. This is literally the icing on the cake.
    Martin once again THANK YOU.
