Are phonespot any good for cashback?

Hi
I have been looking for a new cheap contract phone and have come across the phonespot. I know they are part of carphone warehouse but would like to know if anyone has dealt with them and if their cashbacks are straightforward or ....?
I was with dialaphone before but they don't have any cheap deals at the moment.
Any advice welcomed
