Hello,
I am hoping someone could advice me.
I want to set up my website but am not that experienced in these things.
Does anyone know where I can get cheap or free webspace. I was with wanadoo's free website thing, but I'm now moving to talk talk broadband so need to find a new isp for my website. I have a domain name already...just need space.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Amanda

There's a list of sites that offer free web hosting at:
https://www.freebielist.com/webspace.htm
On most the space allowed is very limited and many don't allow FTP - you have to use their own site builder. Pretty comprehensive list so you might find something to suit your needs.0 -
A good site / forum is: FreeWebHostingTalk
The above site is part of the popular WebHostingTalk.com web hosting forum.

You're usually best going with a US company for the best deal.. you can get next to free hosting with dreamhost.com for a year if you find some discount codes.. but it goes up a lot after the first year.. or just look for good value hosting - free hosting is usually rubbish, but you can spend about £30 a year and get amazing hosting - I highly recommend https://www.apisnetworks.com0
