Hi everyone
My T-Mobile contract is due to end on March 26th. They called me in Dec to offer an early upgrade but i turned it down as i dont want to stay with them due to signal issues in my house.
My question is, how does a contract finish? This is my first contract phone so im not to sure how it works.
Do i need to call them to give them a months notice or does it just stop on March 26th?
Sorry its a silly question but i dont want to call them to ask as i dont want to be sent through to loads of different sales teams to get me to stay with them.
Thanks:)

Good question.
I can upgrade my phone but am thinking about it so might well end my contract when it is up in April but I like you have no idea what I need to do. I don't really want to call either as I end up with a different view depending on who I am talking to.

After your minimum term it drops to rolling monthly contract. You need to call them and either tell them you want it to end and give 30 days notice, OR if you want to keep your number ask for a pac code. Give that to a new network who will transfer the number to them which will end you T contract.
