I was just about to offer to make one in VB lol.

I'm a bit outdated though, I really should start learning C# or C++ lol. :rotfl:

Gutted, I was just about to do the same! VB all the way ;) But seriously, I'll code it in fact. Indeed, even if you don't want me to do it I'll do it anyways. Youre right, its something people would use.

It certainly is. I would mind a copy of the finished program if you're willing.
    Thanks.

Go to the Warrior Forum and ask in the programming section I have linked to, it may be an internet marketing forum, actually the biggest in the world but they could probably knock one up for you in five minutes.

My dad wrote one years ago for the lottery but I forgot how he did it...

I should point out here that all random number generators run on a seed system, so if you know the original seed you will always get the exact same sequence, all you do to get around that is ask any random person to call out 10 numbers from the top of their head, input that and it will never repeat...hopefully.

Im having a go at the power point suggestion, doing this is quite good because we can have the lap top running in a prominent position during the other events. we also thought that we could if anyone wanted to stop and start prior to the draw. we will then cover screen say 10 mins before the draw so it becomes even more random. i have also been to a rng site , entered 1-500 and asked it to generate 500 numbers which is how i am entering them on PP rather than enter 1-500 and then try to mix them up

i think this should work well the only downside is it only works with the numbers inputted. if anyone can think of an easier way please let me know, and if anyone wants a copy of what i have done PM me.
