Why can't I get proper O2 Broadband?

When I put my postcode in on their site it says I can only get their O2 Access package (which I have heard bad things about), however my exchange shows that O2 LLU is enabled:
My exchange is: MRBLA (it won't let me post links)
Bit confused, can anyone advise why I can't get the premium/pro packages?

Yes that's the site that tells me O2 LLU is available.. but it wont' let me post a link, my exchange code is MRBLA (Blackfriars).0

Could be that their kit in that exchange is at full capacity, their website is in error, or SamKnows is in error. The only way you'll be able to confirm the situation is by talking to O2 which could mess up cashback. It may be worth checking to see if Be say you can join but the odds are they'll be using the same database as O2.0

Almost certainly oversubscribed at the exchange, the same has happened here.
6 months ago it was available, now Access only.Move along, nothing to see.0 -

Can you get it from https://www.bethere.co.uk. Same company, it would be interesting to see.0 -
phone o2 on 08003800402 and ask them. thats what i did cos i had the same confusion with my area saying it wasnt available. just give them a quick call and i dont know why it would affect cashback so long as you actually order through quidco. thats what i did.0

Almost certainly due to O2 being full on that exchange for LLU. Too many people on here recommending 02 I fear (and I'm one of the guilty ones). No free lunch, and no free laptop0

If they're oversubscribed, you probably don't want to be with them anyway as you'll be slow at peak times...0
