I've only found the Schwarz gravy the other day, and it was in a big Tesco Extra. Several flavours had the TMF, I found beef and chicken. (Didn't like it BTW so just as well it's free)

A lot of people have said they can't find the Shloer, and again, I've only seen it in large Tesco Extras.

The World Foods sauce should be where all the Chinese sauces etc are, and I've seen it in a normal-size Tesco. Remember that you do not need a promotional pack for this, as any pack will do.

I agree, just go back to Boots and explain what happened. I'd emphasise the need for staff training as they can't just take things off your purchases, that's unacceptable! :mad:

You do need the cardboard sleeve as the application form is printed on it.

I guess if anyone cannot find it there may not have been as many circulated as planned.

If you do get one check your coupon carefully and phone or email to get a replacement if necessary.

I got one and there was no barcode on what was supposed to be a voucher:mad:

I found the gravy on top shelf with normal powdered gravy. It comes in a small pouch.

It is totally over-priced - why anybody would actually buy this stuff is beyond me! How hard is it to make instant gravy?! It wasn't even particularly nice - certainly no nicer than using Bisto gravy granules.

Typical - I've got all these complaints and reasons for getting my money back and this is one of those offers where you don't even need to give a reason! :rolleyes:

The refund for this came through very quickly as well - paid in coins.

Yep you need to tell them why you didn't like it. The instructions are in post 2 on the first page

'If you're dissatisfied with the taste, write to us explaining why in no less than 15 words, telling us which Dipping Sauce you bought, enclosing your till receipt circling your purchase, and your name and address. We'll refund you the purchase price (up to a maximum of 99p) and 2nd class postage.

That's the printing problem - email them with your address and they will send you another one.
