Hi again Dormouse and flyer, Still on the subject of Aunt Bessie's Desserts. I have phoned them. ..... When I read the reply to Moufflon's enquiry to Aunt Bessie's (post 1179), I understood it to mean just that, ie, ONE product per household, not one of each variety, (although that was obviously not how Moufflon had interpreted it.) Did anyone else think likewise? So I eventually phoned them, and, contrary to the response that max2002ad received, (post 1192) I was told in no uncertain terms that it is just one claim for one variety per household. I asked the question every which way but the lady on the other end was adament! It will be interesting to see if anyone comes back on here to say that they have received a refund for a second claim to the same address, or indeed if anyone has a second application refused. I would prefer to believe in the response that max was given, but meanwhile I am playing safe! ........... So, anyone???

I did ask several different ways and was given the answer that it was one claim per product, i have sent off my claim for all the rest of the range in one envelope so we shall see what happens. If it's not successful i will give them a call.

Hope you get your refunds for all of them! Do please keep us posted. How long ago did you send them off? I sent for my one on 08/09 but haven't received anything yet so they seem to take a long time.
