    Congratulations Bookie! :T :T :T :T

I desperately wanted to come home after both of mine. They kept me in for days after R (blood pressure went through the roof and started seeing things!), and for well over 24 hours with N (she inhaled meconium).

Rather late to be sending her home now though!

  • Well it's only 11.15, I thought it was way later than that!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • Amanda seems ok with it. It's snowing,
I will be on standby and within walking distance.
    Can't wait to meet him.

I'm okay thanks, feeling a bit dazed after the events of the last few days, and had a few tears earlier, but generally in good spirits.

Taking the kids to the fair tomorrow, Stu is coming too, which is a bit odd, but means we can take the kids on separate, age-appropriate rides, and Ryan doesn't end up just going on the baby stuff.

Aching all over for some reason tonight though so going to head off for bed, and rely on my tried and tested 'broken heart' cure which is to watch iPlayer to keep my mind off things until I fall asleep. :) It helps a lot. I should patent it!

Hope the jet-lagged feeling passes soon. :grouphug:

Aww hugs Snaggs - sorry you are hurting. I take it last night's date was a non- starter ? Better to have found out sooner rather than later but still not nice for you. Mr Sunday's behaviour still fresh for you too. BIG hugs honey XX

I still have limited internet access until talktalk get their act together - 24 to 72 hours they said - grrr. Can't see emails, use MSN or Facebook -this is the only place - oh and I can read blogs too for some reason. Go figure !

Hope you have a good time at the fair with Stu and the kids - good that you can spend time together as a family. XX
