It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Oh Bookie, that's awful, especially with her first.

I was home within hours with DS, but stayed in for a night with DD.

I was in overnight when I had my first, Elliot, it was only a 3 hour labour and he was born at 7.27pm

with Jess I was 1 hour  and she was born at 10 past midnight, I was home after about 7 hours!

You're as bad as me Linda. DD was born after a few hours labour, but she was my first. To be honest I was terrified of her. Didnt have a clue what to do with a new baby.

DS was born 10 minutes after I walked into the delivery room. Went home after 4 hours, but was sat with my coat on from 2 hours, couldnt wait to go :D
