It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Sort of. nose blocked eyes streaming, had a lonnnnnnng nap but due to spending time with my friend(her Mum died) and me trying to enjoy my holiday I haven't done much work(same old same old) however I do feel quite relaxed strangely.

going to have some Beechams and go to bed.

OK love, take care. I am on my last legs too. Meal was lovely but both of us are under the weather so we were back in the house by half 8.

Glass of wine and a couple of rennies then I am off to bed.

Bookie - congrats to your family.

We've decided (well, OH decided from the options I gave him) to do a one day round trip to the wedding. so, wish me luck tomorrow and in staying awake at work on Monday and writing a scarey project plan :(
