    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    I love salmon pasta too, with something like mange tout, broad beans, asparagus or something in the sauce.

    Haven't decided what to have for dinner yet, possibly a take-away, as I am being a bit naughty this weekend, but will be back to being healthy from tomorrow (or maybe Monday :whistle:).

    I find a plain tomato sauce is fine. I make mine from a tin of chopped tomatos whizzed up in a blender with a tiny pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.

    Fingers crossed I don't try and spread it on my toast tomorrow morning.
