Cannot find satisfaction re £4 from Plusnet

My daughter/son-in-law have recently had a BT phone line opened up in the house they have recently occupied and with the imminent expiry of a dongle, are considering Plusnet at £5.99 per month so when Martin's newsletter informed us of the free three months, equating to £4, our ears pricked up.

BUT, as yet, neither of us have been able to follow through the route on their website to see this. What we can see however, is the need to give Plusnet your line rental, is this so?, and, it looks as though you have to take your phonecalls through them, is this so?

Hi, if you follow Martins advise you do get the reduced deal. Read his article, click on the link, fill in you application ( if you dont want the line rental or calls dont tick any of those boxes but just continue) , at the checkout/payment stage enter the code 4monthsBB in the box for promotional codes. If you go through Quidco you can also get £38 CASHBACK. Plusnet is owned by BT but runs as a seperate company.
