    Yeah that is true.

    Best thing for you to do is get a witness, someone your landlord knows or is close with and take a picture of it and date stamp it or something.

    Besides, I was told by copyright experts that this was a fallacy.


    Besides which, the Post Office refuse to allow their postmarks to be used in an court of law!!! To do so breaks the terms of use of their services, and they will not attend a court to confirm that the postmark is theirs, and not a forgery!
