As I stated there terms and conditions are I believe unfavourable to the consumer and most probably unlawful and there obviously ain't heard of the Sale of goods act, it would be interesting to see if DTi or Trading Standards can do something about there unfavourable terms and conditions. I wouldnt count on taking them to court should the goods arrive and found faulty as its hard to trace where they are as they appear to be using a bogus address according to teh whois register

I can only find 3 Leonard Dickinson's in the whole of London, none of whom are at 89 Singleton Avenue - (a road that doesn't exist) or who are company directors.

The Netcraft toolbar (https://www.netcraft.co.uk) also lists this site as very high risk because it is a newly registered domain and the site has never been seen in the Netcraft Web Server Survey....

Just also noticed that to register you not only have to give them your credit card number but also the three digit CVV number! Goodbye all your dosh.
For those people who think it won't happen I have in front of me a copy of a police statement I have to sign because someone I traded with online decided to empty £70 out of all his customers' accounts without asking first, then deciding to absent himself (and his website) from the scene.

I can buy ipods in xxxx's and easily at that price as i wholesale goods, so price is good and they may be wholesalers just check them out left right and center and if you seem happy then go for it.

Why did you 'xxxx' in your reply? Do you know the person who runs this website?

Erm.....possibly he means he can buy them in their 10's, 100's, 1000's etc as a wholesaler from any of his sources so in that respect the price isn't way out of line - just this particular company has some questionable details about it's location

I go i can buy them !!!!!!, read properly i didnt say its my site and im running it. Read before you write next time!!!!!!. And i deal with amounts with 4 figures (stock amount) so i was just stating that, that company could be doing the same as me, and its nothing new and the prices could be genuine. Some people on here wont even buy the stock or goods that people post and they complain. Grow up. All i was trying to do was help the people who were doubting the price. !!!!

Good way to start the day off :D
