Cancel insurance

I am on stage1 regrading claiming insurance on my Looyds TSB credit card. I received a reply saying I can cancel my insurance anytime.... if I do, will I still get a refund? or can I continue caliming my refund of all past payments after I cancel??/

    Hi there

    I would write to cancel the insurance if you do not require this, if you were also mis sold for any reason then request they refund you, due to the reasons you have.

    However, normally when you take this out, you have 30 days to cancel, then they refund you, but as its after the cooling period, they will cancel on written request (which is best than contacting by phone), and refund wise if mis sold and successful you will then be refunded what you paid in PPI, interest etc, but do also check on the above loan insurance thread which covers for credit card ppi as well, good luck.;)
