Afternoon,
Just phoned my water supplier as i'm £46 something in CREDIT with them, i pay £20 a month.
And they have agreed to refund the credit back into my account and review my monthly payments next week, i should hear in the post the outcome! :T
Very pleased! Just hope my Electric payment is lowered now.....
