post office phone with 02 broadband?

want to set up phoneline and broadband for my daughter who has neither at the moment was wondering if the best option was to get post office to install landline for £110 with no minimum contract so as to change to 02 for both in march or later or just to sign up with plusnet, really confused as want to go with the best provider with minimum cost, but when you read peoples reviews no one company stands out all advise welcome thankyou.

Depends if you can get 02 LLU on your daughter's exchange, if so that's the one to go for
https://www.samknows.com, then exchange search.
Don't sign up for O2 Access (non-LLU).
