Phil's company went bankrupt. :rotfl:
No laughing matter really - people lost their jobs.
Also, Phil paid his staff all their wages from his personal fortune until they were forced to shut their doors whilst there were no profits coming in to the business. Thats a good boss in my opinion.

They are called Relocation Agents and will generally be booked for a flat fee, refundable against the fee for finding you the property you eventually buy.
Most will have a couple of levels of service -
- they trawl the internet and build a shortlist for you, then your on your own
- you buy a day with them and they arrange appointments and view with you
- you enlist their services from start to finish so essentially they buy the house for you with your money.
For purchasing they will charge a fee of a percentage of the final purchase price, for lettings the equivalent of 1 months rent.
They are expensive but do a lot of legwork for you.
Google 'Relocation agents' and choose one based near you so you can have a face to face meeting - there are hundreds out there.0
