I'd like to know how good this service is. Tried to find their terms and conditions but they seem to be non-existent! Someone else on here wanted to know about them but I don't see any replies so...please help. Fast4Net is highly rated on here but when I tried to sign up some time ago, when I read the T&C's it said that they take a maintenance fee off your card (every quarter i think) IN ADDITION to the 6.99 they charge so for all the people who think it's 6.99, it's not! Anything like that with flexi-surf?
