Hi everyone
Just the usual mid-week stuff from me:
- Took lunch to work. Did go to the pub at lunch but boss was buying!
- Came straight home and didn't wander around the shops en route even though Debenham's window was looking appealing
- Did a bad thing and phoned an 0870 number (should've waited till the weekend) but got a letter saying my credit card application was 'not able to progress' (after one in Jan saying it had been approved). After about 20 mins trying to get through to someone they said it was because they never received my signed confirmation so they'd abandoned my application! So, now I have a new number to call to request that they re-open my case, re-issue the forms I need to sign and re-send them back! Fingers crossed the 0% APR for 15 months offer is still available by the time it's all re-done and dusted. Boo.
- Must do my ebay listings
- Staying in tonight
Catch you tomorrow xx0 -
Not been very good this month but I am always weak in february. However I haven't touched the cards for three months now and have made some visible impact with the overpayments.
Today I have / will- Got dressed up to go out instead of trainers and jeans so felt good about myself.
- recieved refund from littlewoods after they stole money out of my account a few weeks ago , will be closing that account !
- completed a few surveys
- checked online banking , had hoped for better but it is february.
- hokey cokey
- looked at part time college course to increase my knowledge base
- picked up newspaper left on bus
- heating on low.

Can I be really nosey/cheeky and ask you all what 'hokey cokey' is cos I think I'm missing something?! I've seen hokey cokey mentioned in quite a few posts as a money saving thing, and I'm assuming you're not just putting your arms and legs in and out and shaking them all about?! I'm keen to find out if I have ben hokey cokey-ing without even realising it - now that WOULD be a bonus!!:A2014 = my year for change!:mad:Credit Cards are NOT my friends and I'm NOT playing with them anymore

LOL it's a better way of saying we are doing washing. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
