That's right, let them go round the place and with the police, kick in the doors and put them in the cooler for the weekend.If you call into your local trading standards office you may find that they have lots of sample template letters to cover all sorts of problems.
Actually I think E&OE takes priority here and you should ahve the oppertunity to contiue, at the new price or withdraw.0
