Looking to change to Virgin Media

Hello
I am looking to upgrade my internet connection from a rubbish 1.6Mb to Virgin Media's 50Mb service.
Currently I am with TalkTalk paying £11.25 for Line Rental and free broadband, however since I am far from the exchange my speed is a very low 1.6Mb. As for TV I am paying £23 for the Sky entertainment package. (Total £34.25)
The bundle that Virgin has on their website offers 50Mb BB, their M+ TV and M phone for £43.50 (inc. Line rental @ £11) with 2 month free.
However I would need to break my Talktalk contract for about £70 I believe.
What I would like to know is if the Virgin Media deal is the best one I can get and if I call them would they be likely to offer any new customer incentives for moving everything over with them if I haggle a bit?
Thanks for any help!

They won't haggle on that - it IS a new customer incentive
.
£65 cash back through Quidco though - pretty much cancelling out your £70 contract break fee.0 -
Thanks, robt!
Much appreciated0 -
Are you really sure you want to sign up for VM? They told me their cable service is available in my area and I signed up. 6 weeks later they said it's not available after all.0

If you give them a call, they can offer further incentives. When we had ours installed, we got free installation(we were initially told something like £50), free bill for 2 months and free sky sports for 3 months. There was also a one off connection fee as our house wasnt fitted with any cable equipment, which they waived. If you dont ask, you dont get.Norn Iron Club Member 417:beer:0

The question is do the incentives offered by calling exceed the £65 Quidco mentioned above because you won't get both.0

Or you could hold out and see if the quidco gets higher.. it has been £150, £130, £100 in the past, and then the £70 should get smaller whilst you're waiting.. unless you need virgin now.
The speed difference is going to be amazing0 -
Quidco is £100 just now.0
