    Hi guys,

insider tip for you. If you're trying something cheeky or you think you might get a grumpy SA its worth going to the Healthcare / pharmacy counter and after they've scanned the items smile sweetly and say something along the lines of "oh you've been so helpful is there anyway I can let the manager know?" They'll give you a survey that only Healthcare counters have and they'll be so over the moon that someones going to fill one in that they'll try anything for you. I speak from experience being a pharmacy assistant :p

    HaHa veggie :)
I had a episode today with the meal deals, an item said "in the deal" on the shelf, but on it a sticker saying it wasnt. I tried to claim "well its on there" but the SA wasnt having any of it lol. Some SA's are lovely, last time this was on, I was chatting away with the SA (I tend to find a bit of chattery helps lol) and she let me keep my vouchers to keep using lol.

You have to spend at least £5 in one transaction to get a voucher - and yes, you get a voucher when you top up your phone at Boots. I always top up my phone in £5 lots at Boots ;).

And Boots are happy for us to do that because it makes us spend our money in Boots rather than Vodafone or elsewhere. Benefits Boots and us:)
Are thes voupons laid on Ruby & Millie still?

Yes:) Ruby+Millie make-up brushes and sponges recommended.

The vouchers are still working on the brushes and accessories, but it looks like Mr Boots has added the odd crafty 50p here and there on some of the brushes. Cheeky Mr B - how very dare you!

Also, anyone who uses the Olay Regenerist Precision Cleaning Cloths (in the black plastic box), they are currently on offer for £1.49 - cheaper than they were with the skinny. Wondered if they were being discontinued and asked the SA, who said that it was just a really good offer - then went off to query it with her Manager.

I really like this product and when I'm really watching the pennies, cut them in half so they last twice as long! :D

Haha was it the large sushi at all? The first time a customer brought it over to me I went to the food section manager to try and get it added on but I was told point blank there was no way it would be done because it says its not included lol. We do try and happy customers - especially on the pharamcy where we're so used to angry customers with flu - really make your day :)

  • o/t but i've noticed that they have a lot of the Pure makeup items reduced on-line. Do you recon they will have them at the same prices in-store?
Reason I ask (instead of ordering and having delivered to store) is that i'll buy some of these items, if available, to get my first £5 No.7 voucher, then buy the rest of what I want from No7 range with the vouchers lol.
    Ta :)

Don't think my pharmacy dept will want to give me a survey as I have had a wrong prescription at least 3 times !

Anyone used the voucher with a 250 points and what did you buy?

  • site's crashed again...
  • Went today and got £50 worth of makeup for £30 :)

Bit annoying though as my store only had the Jan/Feb magazines which dont have the blusher points voucher in them :(

Never mind, still pleased that i've stocked up on some much needed items.

The cashier was fab, I asked if I could put the items though one at a time and she did. As she was doing it she said they arent supposed to do it like that one after the other lol. How stupid, but there you go. She was really helpful.
