    Gosh, it seems like only yesterday that I posted last week's meal plan! The time is flying by.

    PP - hope you have a nice break away.

    Sun Lasagne, Garlic Bread, Salad & Chips (SIL and hubby coming for dinner)
    Mon Creamy Mustard Pork, Rice & Carrots/Brocolli (Been rolling this over for the past 2 weeks)
    Tue Thai Green Chicken Curry (Been rolling this over for about 2 months!)
    Wed Cottage Pie and Veg
    Thu Chicken Tikka Masala
    Fri Pasta Bake
    Sat Beef Stew, Mash & Veg
    Sun One Pot Salmon & Asparagus

    Lunches are salads or sandwiches (tuna/corned beef/prawns/cheese)
    Soup - have some minestrone left from this week but will make something else.

    Hi all,

    My meal plan for the week:

    Saturday - Pizza, Cheese and Onion flat bread plus some cooked chicken pieces and sausage rolls lurking in the fridge

    Sunday - YS Beef Wellington with Potatoes and Veg

    Monday - HM Chichen and Bacon Pasta Bake

    Tuesday - HM [STRIKE]Beef[/STRIKE]Chicken Pie, Chips and Veg

    Wednesday - Sticky rice with Chilli Chicken and Pork Dimsums (special request from OH & DD)

    Thursday - Sausage and Pasta Soup

    Friday - Shepherds Pie

    Breakfasts with be pancakes, fruit bread, toast
    Lunches will be sandwiches, wraps, soup and left overs
    Snacks will be fruit and whatever is in the cake tin probably orange drizzle cake
  • I haven't done a weekly meal plan for ages and now I'm not sure why I stopped as its reminded me how much fun it is!
    Trying to do as many SW style meals as possible this week:

    Sunday: Roast Lamb dinner (no spuds for me)
    Monday: HM Lasagne (not at all SW :o)
    Tuesday: Curried Root Veg
    Wednesday: Corn Chowder w/ Garlic Bread (no gb for me)
    Thursday: Lentil Cottage Pie
    Friday: Tuna Pasta bake
    Saturday: Sausage and Egg Hash

    Doing quite well with our meal planning again :)

    Monday - HM shepherds pie and veg and gravy

    Tuesday - Chippy tea @ 9.30pm as at college

    Wednesday - Enchiladas and salad (using leftover chicken from freezer from roast last week)

    Thursday - HM KFC (chicken, potato rosti, lettuce, salsa, mayo, bread roll served with corn on cob)

    Friday - Kiev and HM chilli wedges

    Saturday
    Lunch - Beef and stout soup with HM bread
    Tea - HM Lasagne, salad and garlic bread

    Sunday
    Lunch - Sandwiches
    Tea - Pizza and salad

    Breakfasts will be toast or cereal for me in the week

    Breakfast for Saturday will be pancakes :D

    Hi, jumping back on the wagon on being organised (and hopefully saving money in the process too:money:)

    Sunday - Enchillada's, pea's & sweetcorn, HM garlic bread

    Monday - HM Pizza, salad

    Tues - Pasta cabonara, HM rolls

    Wed - BBQ chicken drumsticks, Egg fried rice, corn on the cob

    Thur - HM Burgers, wedges, salad

    Fri - Jacket pots, beans & cheese (DH HM meatballs, peppercorn sauce & Pasta)

    Have made a batch of brownies & flapjacks today for snacks & pack ups which will also include sandwiches, yoghurts, fruit, tortilla with dips for the girls and DH. My lunches will be HM soup.

    Breakfast - porridge, fruit, toast or cereal.

    Mine are heavily meat based this week for a change and I may substitute one or 2 for veg meals eg mushroom risotto and aubergine mousaka and feta with baked potato or rice

    Sun - lamb shank with potatoes and veg one pot casserole
    Mon - sausage casserole/mash or rice or baked potato
    Tues - unsure as will be a large lunch at work do
    Wed - Beef Stew and dumplings
    Thurs - sausage casserole/mash or rice or baked potato
    Fri - Curry, rice and nan bread out of freezer
    Sat - Steak, HM wedges, peas and maybe onion rings
    Sun - pork chop, mash and veg

    Lunch is soup (leek+potato, carrot +coriander, curried parsnip), baked potato and either beans or aubergine mousaka left overs
    final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

    hay all..my week only goes up to friday as we are away for the weekend..
    breackfasts this week will be..oats fruit, and milk drink, maybe toast and jam if on the run lolz.

    lunches home.. rice and beans pasta or soup.. school louches sandwichs carrot and chesse, tuna and sweetcorn, ham and pickle H/M cakes or cookies fruit and jucie.

    sun- roast chicken roast pots, mixed veg H/M stuffing.
    jelly with chopped strewberrys and pinapple and ice cream.
    frult juce

    mon - H/M chicken and veg pie mash and peas.
    H/M apple pie and ice cream.
    frult juice

    tues- sausage and bean hotpot.
    rice pudding
    frult juice

    wed- H/M chucky veg soup and bread.
    angel delight and fruit
    frult juice

    thurs- H/M lasagne and wedges
    upside down frult cake with what ever frult is laying about lol.
    frult juice.

  • hi i would like to join you lot on doing a weekly meal plan first one so here goes

    monday= beef stew with mash and homemade bread (well bread maker)

    tuesday=cottage pie with mince and lentils and veg

    wednesday=glouchester pie with bacon in (savoury bread pudding) and salad

    thursday=ham egg and chips

    friday= lasagne with chips and salad

    saturday= home made pizzas games night

    sunday = lentil chilli
