Getting out of contract with plusnet

Ive got over a year left with plusnet. I get e-mails saying theyve got my bill wrong. It concerns me that they dont know what they are doing.Im being overcharged.

Could I use this to get out of the contract. As i havent got time to endlessly call them about bills and try to understand them.


I find the bill charges on the internet impossible to fathom out. I think its impossible to really run a good customer service and system when its based in Asia.

You do not say if you have Broadband, Phone , or both with Plusnet.
Firstly they are not based in Asia, they have 2 call centres, one based in Durban South Africa and the second in Sheffield.

They also have a very good forum monitored by their staff who should be able to help you.
Cannot help whether your problem would get you out of your contract, but if you would like to share some details with us then perhaps someone may help.

I see that you have taken my advice and registered on the Plusnet forum and have had a satisfactory result from them.
A reply on here would have been nice.
