I like it- especially the booking bit. Not actually managed to do a job for them yet as my area is quite saturated (looking at jobs available, it appears I would better off living down south!), but maybe one day! I may fare better with online booking: I've spotted a few available jobs over a weekend, but they've always gone by the time I get chance to phone them (can never ring up first thing Monday as have school run and then my everyday job to do!).

Hi,
I'm thinking about trying mystery shopping. I came across a mystery shopper agency which is just called "UK Mystery Shopper Employment Agency". Is anyone their member? I noticed they weren't mentioned at the beginning of thread.
I wouldn't bother. I would guess that all they'll do is give you the information already available at the start of the thread. And maybe want a signing on fee for it. The companies listed on page one have their own free application pages. Sign up for a few and see how you get on. You'll find some agencies suit you better than others depending on your location and availability. The jobs usually get released in waves, so give a site 4-6 weeks to see what jobs come up. Might be no jobs available to start with and the good ones can go fast, especially if you're still reading about what they are when other folk are grabbing them.(been there).
I've been doing this for 4 months now. Quite happy with it. Had my problems, had my good days. Gapbuster is good for starting with. Not great fees but the jobs and the questionnaires are straightforward.0 -

Do you have a link for them. I presume that means The Mystery Diners Club??

It is sometimes difficult to get into them as they only have so many per area, I think. It took me a few applications.0 -
I have just tried applying for 2 burger jobs with gyp but both have been rejected do you think it's because I just turned down a job when they rang me?0

Have you shopped the same place recently. Sometimes is just comes up rejected and you never know the reason. Could be someone applied seconds before you.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
Just wondered if anyone is signed up with JKS? I know they are on the first page of this thread, but I tried 2 weeks ago got accepted and the account still shows a deactivated. Have tried contacting them but to no avail plus I have not noticed any jobs on there in this time.
Thanks in advance.Thoughts:
