No. In last set of visits you had to view all areas, accompanied.0 -

Read the brief...it's quite clear that you return after the Mystery shop scenario and tell them you are to check certain areas. You have to get their signature to confirm your visit too.
Bit like reading the forum.
The info is all there, you just have to read it carefully!
Granted some things are a tad confusing but then if you are that confused it's best to telephone the agency and talk through your queries.0 -
Hi.
A quick query.
I've completed an orientation for a client on GAP. I got 1 question wrong and I am now suspended from shopping with the client.
Anyone know how long I am suspended for?
Is it indefinatelyor do i get another chance?
many thanks x
I also did this, and I recently queried it and was informed that once you fail the test you are never allowed to shop for that client in the future. I was told very sorry but it is a rule the client insists on. hth0 -

I think it is forever. I got one of the phone questions wrong. I am still not sure how I managed it - 3 chances and 3 options lol0 -
People have, over the years, put a LOT of time into this thread, and helping new shoppers.
I spent many hours re-writing the previous first posts into how they are now, and TG (and Josie I believe) have spent varying amounts of time adding bits to them.
It's not a lot to ask, for people to read the thread to see if their question is answered, BEFORE asking, is it?
I think you'll find though that it was Timmne, Tractor Girl & Josie who spent the majority of time on this, and you just "tweeked it".0 -

Some tech help needed please. Done some crisp photos today. Rather than attach 1 photo at a time to an email is there a way of doing that all at once? ta xxx0

So would reading the full brief not have clarified?
I do see on my summary that there is a sentence about member of staff accompanying and gaining a signature.
Maybe we should have on the first page a list of Qualities a professional Mystery Shopper needs. Number one being make sure you carefully read the full brief and all assignment notes.
All too easy to rush in and make mistakes- bit like passing a Gyp test. Easy when you carefully read all the details.
Sorry if this is harsh. But it's a fundamental for every assignment.0
