Well if you go by my history - I got the pizza test wrong and haven't been allowed to do once since - this was over two years ago! When they ring me up begging I ask if I can re-do the test and they have said "no". So there you go!

I've asked for the same twice recently. I get a "my manager is the only person who can reset the test, I'll pass it onto them" response. Still hasn't happened though.

The funnier thing is when they bribe me with pizza competitor jobs.
  • Yes! Same here! No idea what's going on.

Same thing happened last month I think - just a glitch in the system and last time it was sorted fairly quickly.

Guys, regarding RE payments showing a minus figure - it's been discussed and explained on this very page!!
  • It's because they've done the pay run today, a couple of days early, and their system is saying "Eh? This person shouldn't have been paid yet".

Doesn't mean we'll get the money early, they've just done the paperwork early!

    * Sigh * Why do I bother to give information about things (see above) when on the very next page people ask the same question???? (see below)

    TG gives up ...... :mad::mad::mad:

My RE is also showing as a minus figure for 10/03/2010, however when I go into the jobs pending they don't even seem to have the correct amount anyway. For anyone who has done the budget overnight stay, for me they have the reimbursement for the room (and extra payment for non-members) and the small fee for doing it - but not the food/drink reimbursement. If this doesn't show up by tonight I'll be emailing them.

Anyone else in the same boat?

  • Apologies, but this thread gets big so quickly I sometimes don't read back very far as I can't sit in front of the computer just reading this thread in between posting alerts to help people, a 31 hour a week job, a degree course and mystery shopping. For example, I went to work at 4pm yesterday and by time I got in and checked thread it had already grown about 5 pages. By the response, it seems I'm not the only one not to read back and check the threads!

    *sighs, rant over*

I knew I'd seen some talk of it earlier but didn't realise it was so recent - TBH unless I have something to ask I just skim read most of the, err, "less exciting" talk.:o

Well, actually, if you think about it, the very REASON this thread gets so big so quickly is because people like you DON'T read it, and therefore ask the same questions time and time again which people like me then take the time to reply to! I have a life outside MSE as well, I don't sit here 24 hours a day, if people bothered to look to see if their question had already been asked/replied, it would save everyone a load of !!!!!!!g time!

... and I'm out of here.

People have, over the years, put a LOT of time into this thread, and helping new shoppers.

I spent many hours re-writing the previous first posts into how they are now, and TG (and Josie I believe) have spent varying amounts of time adding bits to them.

It's not a lot to ask, for people to read the thread to see if their question is answered, BEFORE asking, is it? ;)

And it might be an idea for the same people to ready the alert thread before posting......

We all lead busy lives but getting alerts about jobs that have already been alerted on sometimes days earlier...is a little annoying.

THERE I said it! Whinge over :D

Ohhh its like being back in the old threads. :D

TBH I do agree it doesnt take much to skim read the new pages esp if your query is something like a random payment display like todays oddity as chances are it has affected anyone due payments. Equally by the time I've posted sometimes there are three or four other posts making mine look idiotic (shurrup I'm not always idiotic ;))

TG *hug* we all know how much effort you and everyone else who's started the threads have put in and appreciate it and how frustrating it can be but no point taking it personally.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
