I was feeling a bit down (my daughter's father has been calling me horrible names on his facebook page) but the prize, people's jokes and successful shopping has cheered me up

glad you are feeling a bit happier and I hope the cake is freshly baked! :rotfl:as for the ex - lots of us have exs from hell so don't let it get you down. I went through a hellish court case which was utterly terrible :( as for facebook cant you just block him or not look? I don't use facebook as dont like people knowing personal stuff about me - probably due to my past experiences with men :o:o:o

Try the Hand Cooked crisps - return saying that they are really greasy. They are really greasy, and on two occasions I was backed up by other shoppers who also disliked them. There's also no question of wanting a replacement so more cash!

I am now confused by egg jobs I am due to do. I thought you got reimbursed for what you ACTUALLY buy. Thus if you return item and get refund you did not pay for it and you will not be reimbursed so you are better off getting a replacement item as you then get an item to eat and will be reimbursed for it? or am i confused?:o
  • I know this is totally off topic (please dont shoot me!) but does anyone know where I can advertise (for free or cheap) a sofa and bedroom furniture that I have for sale? (not ebay!) If poss please PM me to avoid more OT on this thread. Thanks in advance xxxxx
  • I must agree.....you cant plan your week if dont know what job's your getting till the last min...

I've noticed it does kinda help if you say that you would only accept the jobs if assigned X number in a particular area.

Yes that was what i was recommended to do but it doesn't seem to have been anymore effective. I was also told that they do not allocate many jobs to each shopper though I am not sure why that should be the case.

Just applied for 12 of the mobile phone shops on ESA. Wonder how many I'll get.

My current success rate is 1 in >300 !!! So I'm not holding my breath or keeping the date free!!

I've applied for one of these but there are another 2 I could do, but they are within large supermarkets.. How do you take a photo of the exterior of the shop when its within a shop.. so i've passed on those one's.. looking like a mad tourist in a high street I can do, but don't fancy being wrestled to the ground by a big burly security guard... on the other hand.....!!!!:rotfl:
