'At 7:30 PM, Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010, I kissed the oldest two children goodnight, and then went into bed to read Ruby, (name learned at birth), a quick story. I said to Ruby, in an animated tone, "Once upon a time, there was a ............ ZZzzzzzzz"

At 12:30 AM, Thursday, March 4th, 2010, I awoke with a book on my head.

Sorry not good enough. What was the book title and cost. Do you have a receipt for book???

    Paperback or hard back?

    First Edition?

    New, or second hand?

I have just done my first MS for Retail Maxim and have emailed in the claim form with my receipt. Can anyone tell me, please, should I have posted the claim form, or will email suffice? I have read and re-read everything and I am now in doubt.

I did my first job for them at the beginning of February. Emailed everything to them and received payment last week :j

    So you should be fine!

    Hi guys,

i've an up-coming bookies job with RE. Just realised my passport is expired  and i only have a paper driving licence. The assignment notes states photo id required. Can i get by with my non-photocard driving licence, do you think? RE don't answer my emails and no response on phones.

    Many thanks :).

You only need photo ID to produce if your age is queried. If you think your age may be queried, then you are probably best to cancel the assignment. I have never had my age queried in a betting shop, but my teenage years are long gone. [However, I do get slightly cross when I am sold an OAP ticket at the cinema - when I am being reimbursed, that is, not when I am paying for it myself!]

Usually if you have emailed it then it is fine. I always keep receipts anyway.
Call them if in doubt they are very nice people.

Emailing the receipt in should be fine. Remember and keep it in case of queries. I have never had to put in a claim form though for RM

Could you please confirm how genuine any smiles were on a scale of 1-5, and how would you rate the level of eye-contact you received during the transaction?

(How long can we keep this up? :))
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(
