add image to pc. open image using paint and blank out personal details then upload via photo bucket that will give u an image link

You need to post a link to the actual image, rather than just the thumbnail.

Same link, but without the th_ before the filename.

Before you do that, I would be inclined to blank out your dob, occupation, income and any ref numbers on the form as well.
