OMG I get heartburn all of the time, I am always on the "Rennies" had to get someone to go and buy me some just before the party and I was popping them all night.

I do eat quite alot of cereal and bread, also wine (white makes me crippled) ..........I also notice when I do the Slimming world plan that really restricts bread/cereal and all "rubbish" I dont need them at all.

ETA - I also farted all night in the room with poor Buffy so Soz mate if you heard the trumpets going off.

I found the exact same thing on SW Lou.

I feel so much better when I'm following that, sleep better too. I had put it down to the low fat aspect of the diet, but could be lack of bread/cereal couldnt it :o

Linda: DH is in a union-apparrently the issue is with the pension is that they are talking about changing it to a 40 year pension (ie.retire at 65) but as most people know, most FF retire at 50-55 (mainly because they are knackered) but if they (whoever THEY are) want to change it, they can. And will. They can disagree but the strikes in 2002 did jackshoite for their wages (and please, dont anyone start the whole argument up about THAT!) so if it happens, it happens. He said they are making some civilians redundant and they may cut FF-problem is, lots of the FF arent taking early retirement because of the current climate...anyway, im nearly 100% sure he wouldnt be one made redudant but the pension issue is very real.

(sorry guys, this is boring crap I know)

I am pished off with Quidco-did new car insurance thru them with the AA for £50 cash back. Just been on and looked and they have declined my payment?!?WHY? I dont know but I shall cancel the ruddy stuff if I dont get the cashback. Really, I dont need this crap right now.

Maz: I am so sorry, I havent posted coat yet! Just remembered today and was too busy feeling sorry for myself to get off arris and post.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support-I do appreciate it so and love you all. I think the problem is I am getting DS cold and feel awful-so Im dragged down even more. But, this too shall pass.

What do they have to do to find that out cause if it involves anything being shoved down my throat or up my bum then I will live with the rennies!

    1. Pension - yes they can and probably will change the pension one day, but it is not an easy process. BA have been trying to change their 'old' pensions for years.

    2. Put in a query with Quidco...you bought the product you will get it eventually.
